Puts "corporate folks" like me who run community outreach campaigns for our workers in a difficult position when our employee's views are diverse.
I have a problem on my hands. Should my company stand with and support organizations that are actively promoting this? What will my employees think who aren't ok with this? Could my company's reputation be harmed?

Recognizing their struggle and standing with black America shouldn't be a political statement. I don't see anything controversial about that part of NWH's stance.
However #defundthepolice is absolutely political, and crosses that line pretty convincingly.
