Where's the body camera footage?

The footage should have been released immediately. They were on. The complaint I posted the other day was actually used to write the complaint. I have no idea why they are holding it back.

I'm shocked this hasn't been a bigger issue. I have to believe that the bodycam video is even worse than the cell phone video and that's why they aren't releasing it.
