This might be true but nobody is image conscious enough to go to the damn kids hospital every week for the better part of a decade.

Furthermore, what does it matter? Dude uses his privilege and his platform to do a shit ton of good. I don't believe it's all a show but even if it is he's still done a lot more good than most in his position.

You don't know Russell or what is behind his intentions. Nor do I. Paint me skeptical, but I have been around plenty of public "do gooders" to have my reservations. Being a Jesus guy always score points.

I do appreciate that he can give those kids spirits a lift and a smile. That is very generous of him and his time. Their are tons of athletes that do amazing stuff and don't need a camera or social media for other to know how giving they are. The publicity seekers are questionable to me.
