What time does the window breaking start? The pre game stretching is nice but the key is to be in front of electronics and liquor stores for the best looting.

There is something to be said for bad actors inciting riots. Im not saying its apples to apples here but during the WTO riots, as stupid as those were, things were under control until the asshats from eugene showed up and started lighting everything on fire.
