I love it...it’s "complicated"...sure it was seized in Feb 2016 but that’s because:
- the govt took the case from Shokin in Nov 2015 right after
- Biden talked to Poroshenko and more importantly
- right after Burisma paid Blue Star Strategies money to "lobby" the State Department (a firm who got famous for using Hunter Biden's name to get in the door of the state dept).
- The govt gave the "case" to another entity that wasn't going to do anything and allowed Zlochevsky to unseize his assets in Dec 2015
- Immense public outcry about that forced the govt to give the case back to Shokin at which point he raided and seized Zlochevsky's assets.
That somehow "proves" Kessler's (your) point? And then somehow the assets were unseized after Biden bribed Zlochevsky and Shokin was removed is supposed to reinforce that point?
The fact that somehow proves anything to Kessler shows what an absolute partisan moron he is...the guy is a front for the establishment Democrat party which is why he slobbered over Hillary in 2016, blatantly lied about Bernie time after time (I love his sure Bernie is technically correct on his statement but I'll still call it a lie because I don't like it mantra), and gets caught making up Trump quotes to fact check.

The same people complaining about Trump (not) seeking dirt on a political opponent from a foreign source have spent 4 years defending the Obama administration and the HRC campaign for literally getting and using dirt on Trump from foreign sources and yes, even the Ukrainian government.
These leftists are mentally ill hypocrites at the most extreme. @GDS isn’t even denying what Quid Pro Joe said in the call in terms of foreign aid. I’ve read some of his posts on impeachment, where Trump did none of what he was accused of doing, and he was all-in on ousting Trump.
That’s how far his head is shoved up his own ass. He’s agreeing Biden and Obama withheld aid to Ukraine unless a certain action was taken. If it were Trump, he wouldn’t be defending that call. Mr. GOP is the Tug LEGEND of dishonesty. -
