Great board choice, but--FML--I read it. The headline is both sensationalist and understated at the same time. All of the gear being ordered is for VA security forces to protect VA testing facilities, so meh. On the other hand, the VA has its own completely unregulated police--increasingly military--security force that nobody knows about? Concerning.

Incidentally, The Intercept was better when they stuck to exposing government malfeasance, with an emphasis on privacy and due process. Since going all-in on partisan politics, with an emphasis on being teamkilling fucktards, they're now just yet another reason Democrats will never win. There's really no counterpoint to The Intercept on the right. There's nothing a Democrat loves more than publicly pointing out how shitty the Democrats are...
