House Bill 6666 Introduced in Congress on May 1st, During Beltane
Beltane begins April 30th at sundown and lasts until May 1st. Beltane is the opposite

is a time of rebirth. This holiday is a time to celebrate fertility, indulgence, the rebirth
of spring, and the Babylonian/Sumerian god Enlil, this is where the name, Beltane
originates.
