He's withdrawing from all his cases...probably means he's out at the DOJ which is good. Unfortunately just means he'll get to walk and get paid by some Leftists group like Lawfare...he should be disbarred and prosecuted.

There was never any legal basis for the FBI to interview Flynn and there isn't even any evidence that Flynn ever lied to the FBI.

Actually, the dismissal does exonerate him and the worst politicization of the DOJ happened under the Obama Admin when they let Hillary skate after obstructing justice, destroying materials that were under subpoena, and allowing her underlings to lie under oath repeatedly.

Biden has been running for President for nearly two years. He was present at the meeting with Obama, Yates and Comey. He wasn't asked a single question about this during the entire campaign. Obama has yet to be asked a question about this.
