U. of Washington Diversity Official: Chinese Virus May Have ‘Originated’ in America

A diversity official at the University of Washington told students this week that the Chinese virus may have originated in the United States. The comment was made by Vice President for Minority Affairs and Diversity Rickey Hall on Wednesday during a webinar on discrimination in the age of the Chinese virus.

This theory has gained a lot of traction in China. Their brainwashed populace is becoming quite convinced that someone from the US Military first introduced the virus at last summer's Military World Games. Because that's the narrative that the state media is pushing. There's been a lot of anti-foreigner sentiment springing up in China as a result.

So anyways, it's neat to see Rickey Hall becoming so woke that he's now sided with the Chinese and their own brand of xenophobia.

The creation of a chimeric SARS-like virus has scientists discussing the risks of gain-of-function research

Ralph Baric, an infectious-disease researcher at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, last week (November 9) published a study on his team’s efforts to engineer a virus with the surface protein of the SHC014 coronavirus, found in horseshoe bats in China, and the backbone of one that causes human-like severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) in mice. The hybrid virus could infect human airway cells and caused disease in mice, according to the team’s results, which were published in Nature Medicine.



- Academic and Government laboratories worldwide are making already lethal viruses, including coronaviruses, more deadly in a process called gain of function (GOF).
- The only laboratory in China equipped to do this research is in Wuhan.
- In 2015 researchers at the University of North Carolina were working with virologists from Wuhan, China doing GOF on bat coronaviruses.
- The term gain-of-function [GOF] indicates that this is an offensive biological warfare agent.
- In the US, the NIH, CDC and Tony Fauci’s NIAID fund this NAZI-originated bio-warfare technology.
- This research is considered so dangerous by scientists and US officials that in 2014 the US paused GOF research.
- Regardless of the origin of COVID-19, GOF research is a threat to everyone’s safety. These laboratories leak deadly bio-weapons and must be closed down.

According to Science magazine U.S. officials grew uneasy after the publication of new GOF papers and several accidents in U.S. biocontainment labs. The White House expected the funding pause to end in 2015 with the adoption of a Federal policy regarding gain-of-function studies. In December of 2017 National Institutes of Health (NIH) lifted the ban on GOF research.

Boyle says gain-of-function means the virus is DNA engineered to be more lethal and more infectious. And this type of GOF research is so dangerous it can only be conducted in BSL-3 or BSL-4 laboratories. BSL is an acronym for Bio Safety Level. Additionally Wuhan is home of the only declared BSL-4 laboratory in China.

The Wuhan BSL-4 lab is also a specially designated World Health Organization (WHO) research lab. Boyle thinks the WHO knows COVID-19 is a bio-weapon. This lab opened in 2017 and is around 20 miles from the fish market that some claim to be the source of COVID-19.
