UT coach Mack Brown issued a statement Sunday morning saying the Longhorns “take a strong stance against drinking and driving,” but did not immediately suspend Sanders.

Mack's job security > suspending players who give him a better chance to win ballgames. Internal discipline can be harsh though - all those extra sit ups and wind sprints are nothing to sneeze at...
