That's such a sleazy tactic. It worked once on me and they got another year+ out of me before I went through with it.
You have to call, get placed on hold forever. Then the service rep offers you a couple free months. I know there are people with money who have just said fuck it because they don’t want to stay on the line or the enticement of deee months gets them to stay.
