Well, among the worst scores in 30 years we have the Oregon ACT results and it clearly shows the overall success of the Oregon public school system that has been run by dems for decades. Of course, no national or Oregon dem wants to even discuss this issue, let alone do anything resembling actually improving reading, writing and arithmetic.
