    Is their definition of "big" going to once again be $20m in revenue? Nothing reverses gentrification like making sure every promising start up in the city packs its bags and flees.

    Go East, young man. Spokane and N Idaho have plenty of room and workers still can afford a life.

    Run a couple commuter planes each day to Boeing Field for folks who need face to face.
