    Chicoms shipped up bunch of crappy test kits to Europe. Some had 80% failure rates. So, a chicom crappy test kit gives you a false negative. Later, a better kit or random number generator gives a positive result. Surprised? he MSM reporting on China seems to have been generated by the CCP.
