I had no idea of Trailer Park Boys until a few years ago. It's some of the funniest shit ever committed to television and it was produced for very little money. Brilliant.
Never seen or heard of Trailer Park Boys. The Office was way too awkward for me. Hated it
Watch season 4. I believe that's the one with Conky, The Green Bastard from parts unknown, the cougar Steve French, the rub 'n tug in Julian's trailer, and Randy prostituting himself to feed his cheeseburger addiction. It's on Netflix last I checked.
I worked with a bunch of grizzled old roughnecks when this show was in its prime (most have since retired), and I couldn't believe how many of them I got hooked on this shit.

I haven't watched alot of Trailer Park Boys - but there's a show on Hulu called Letter Kenny that my kids just devour. I watched a few episodes with them over Christmas vacation and it is pretty funny. Bunch of redneck Canadians. Pretty funny stuff.
This is actually a good face-off, as they're both mocumentary style shows that had a pretty long run. Trailer Park Boys gets this format more "right," though, with the camera guys sometimes getting shot, characters grabbing the mic and yelling into it when they're pissed off, etc. TPB comes across as more believable and natural, whereas The Office plays like a regular focus-grouped, heavily written, highly produced sit com in which characters are interviewed from time to time.
Sad that the show which most embodies the values of Hardcore Husky is getting crushed by the show my wife liked. Change the forum name to "Metrosexual Huskies."
I’ve never ‘shipped two fictional characters as much as I have Jim & Pam. 🥰
Dwight and Angela 4 lyf
Bob Vance and Phyllis
A few years ago at the state basketball tourney at the Tacoma Dome, a Woodinville coach wanted to introduce me to his extended family in the stands. We went up there. My hearing isn't the best in loud environments. As we went down the line, coach was introducing me to each person. Maybe because I was also tired, I kept shaking hands and saying "Derek Johnson, Woodinville Weekly" over and over, even though they all fully knew who I was. The looks on their faces was exactly like that gif. And I was thinking to myself, "Why are you doing this? Stop it! What are you doing?"
