Never been a better time to be a thief. Even before this. California made shoplifting less than $1000 just a ticket. Because arresting people was racist.

If I was a shop owner I would have a high powered pellet gun. When a thief came in I would let them have it. The Cop could write me up a ticket then.

They also made pages of other felony charges misdemeanors including meth, heroine, cocaine etc. Someone under 21 in possession of cigarettes is charged the same as hard drugs! All theft is basically not prosecuted including minor burglary. Almost no one is held for bail and they have non-revocable parole and probation!

My son hasn't been able to work much down there since the school is closed, so was complaining about having no money. I just messaged him and told him that his money problems are solved. Just pick up what you need at the Quik Stop outside of his apartment and walk out. No worries.
