February 5th is the first day of the NCAA College Football signing period, and HardcoreHusky.com - in conjunction with SportBoner - will be at the Dub Pub in Kirkland to cover all the hot, steamy action live as we climax throughout the morning. For any UW football fan that wants to know everything about who the Huskies are going to sign for the 2014 recruiting class, the Dub Pub is the place to be! Or you could just read Jude's blog like a normal person.
The Dub Pub is located one block east of I-405 off the 116th street exit behind the Jack in the Box. Doors will open on Wednesday, February 5th at 6 am. Breakfast starts at 6:30. Even though letters of intent could be faxed into UW as early as 4 am PT, we expect 7 am is the earliest the letters will be arriving. That's when our event will start, and we'll keep going as long as we can avoid blacking out and making questionable decisions.
We will be doing full anal of all the signees and webcam shows will be available to watch throughout the day, as well as prize giveaways. We are working with sponsors and vendors for some cool giveaway and promotional items.
The HH guys will also have interviews set up with some of the signees and we'll be talking on and off throughout the morning with the SportsBoner hosts to give them our perspective on the latest signings and analysis on who has the nicest hips and best bone structure.
The cost for the event is $29.50 plus tax. That cost includes admission, latte and a curved, lifelike banana. Space is very limited and once it's sold out, that's it. It will be a tight fit! Based on stalking day events in the past, this event will sell out quickly, so don't delay. Seating is first-come, first-served, no reserved seating available.
For tickets, call 1-888-GET-LAID. The call center is open from 8-4 PT during weekdays. Tell them you want a spot for the HardcoreHusky.com signing day event. Your card will immediately be charged once you make the reservation and we'll have your reservation with your name at the door the day of the event. Once your credit card is charged, refunds/your dignity will not be available.
