    It’s surprising some guys play pro basketball for so long. They resist the temptation to come home and linger around for years. 36 is really old to still be playing ball.

    If someone is willing to write the check, why not? The smarter play is the Conroy route and use your connects to get six figs on a staff. If Hop didn't royally fuck this year up he'd be on the short list for some FBS head job and make closer to a mill.
