Probably the first one. This video is missing the first part where the victim went out of their way to run over a small child waiting to cross the road.

Now you’re just lying Owl. It was an accident. Kid was playing in the street, old white guy accidentally hit the kid with his work truck. He immediately stopped to give the kid help and was then beaten into coma by a half a dozen thugs. You said you would have joined in with the thugs.
