I have a 94 year old neighbor going into dimensia. He'll wonder off. His family has my numbers and they call when his wife, who's still lucid, finds him missing. We go searching the road and woods for him. I found him last time in a remote spot trying to climb a short fence. Not good when it's winter.

I gave up my Husky seats after 2007 and by 2008 my mom had forgot she was a Husky fan so that took care of that

Then I had to ask her to borrow her car keys so I could take them and my brother and I took her car out of the garage. She forgot that too thankfully

Maybe Joe can start a serious debate about end of life. She spent her last three years staring into space in memory care. Not funny anymore. She asked us to kill her when she was still lucid but the options were limited. It would have been straight murder

I know I would like a nice opiod cocktail and a last cigarette if its time to go
