I've been saying for a few years now, if that same guy walked into a bar and lit up a cigarette he'd have 5 people in his face telling him to put it out but go out on the sidewalk and take a shit and no one will say a word to you.

I don't even leave my coffee mug out in the open. And this is true all over the city not just in bad parts of town. Places most frequented by tourists are the worse. Golden Gate Bridge observation parking lot, Golden Gate Park. You can have your car broken into in the middle of the day simply because you left a backpack or a gym bag or a Macy's shopping bag in your car.

Unless the cop witnesses the person breaking your window the cops will do nothing about it. And all of this is being fueled by bums and junkies who O'Keefed thinks we should supply with needles, food, and tents.

Do you know that a bum can hangout at a ATM and wait for someone to withdraw cash and when the person has the cash in their hands the bum can take it away from them and unless the bum uses a weapon or assaults the person they just robbed, they will not be arrested unless the amount they took is over $900.00.
