Hey no big deal, it's not as if we're having another drought year and we already have plenty of water storage capacity in this state. There's no need to maintain our existing water storage facilities, we have other pressing financial needs like high speed rail systems to nowhere, and healthcare for illegals, and sex change operations for prisoners, and providing homes for drug addicts to pay for.
