I listened to some crazy shit last night on the drive home - that S. Korea's president is in cahoots with Xi and refuses to close down the border (there's something like 10 to 15K Chinese tourists entering S. Korea each day). Whereas the lunatic N. Korean leader has shut down their border and is not allowing Chinese in.
