    So good and eclectic. They have enough inventory and diversity of sound to allow me to listen for hours without the need to switch artists.

    @YellowSnow didnt even put them on the list. Now I know how Bernie Sanders felt in 2016.
    I was one the fence with them. Yes, they started as a shitty punk band before becoming cultural appropriators (hi @dnc ). Many of their songs are more rock than hip hop. Alas, I made a ruling that they are too much of a hybrid, so EMFA.

    I can listen to Talking Heads all day and still not be able to tell you the motivation behind a single song. I like that for some reason. It's just entertaining background music for me. Sometimes I tune in and listen a bit and it's always interesting, but then I tune back out and dont feel I've missed anything.

    Interesting. I feel that so many on their lyrics make perfect sense to me.

    They are perhaps my all time favorite band of the late 70s and early 80s. I was shocked when the got knocked out in the first round of the rock tournament.
