Yeah, Rush really poisoned public discourse. You must have missed the 1960s. Anti-American Vietnam War movement was really civil. Had Lurch testifying with a bunch of fake soldiers about the US military going Genghis Khan on Vietnamese civilians. When leftards complain about public discourse they really mean that they hate it when a conservative actually tells the truth. Spitting on returning soldiers and throwing rocks at U of O ROTC students was really civil.
