    Exactly. The HS coaches will help the players decide where to go. Coach Pete (ILTCHCPTWILTD) may not know all the 4 & 5 star players but he's knows their coaches and that's important.

    Who gives a fuck who Petersen recruits if he can win.

    When James first got here, and even for the first several years, was he wasn't recruiting well.

    Sarky was supposedly this great recruiter who was a terrible fucking idiot fat coach.

    I'll take a great smart coach who isn't initially getting the best players.

    You know what else doogman posters do? They twist any criticism or concerns to make it sound like the person posting is "panicking" or is a "nega dawg."

    I merely paraphrased what Brandon Huffman said about the need for petersen to develop relationships with kids that he hasn't really targeted at boise state. And yet I am "panicking" and "throwing in the towel." You're basically borrowing lines from eklund and grinolds.

    I have no idea if petersen will be a good recruiter at UW, and neither do you. We have some evidence, but really time will tell. If he wins, recruits will come.

    He's recruiting to Washington now.

    this he needs two years to develop
    relationships shit. For 3.5 million a year
    he ought to have a good enough rap to
    convince a whore to pay him after a fuck.
    Jesus have some expectation. I expect him
    to recruit at least on a par with Stanford
    and Oregon or we will never fucking beat
    them. You saw what happened when he brought
    in two star talent this year. Even a far inferior coach
    like Sark beat his ass. I'll give him a semi-pass
    for this cycle but it better be top 15 after that.
    And the best way to pull studs is win, his
    strongest quality.

    Petersen is a Pacific Northwest guy who's BSU teams have defeated Oregon and Oregon State each a couple of times as well as lost to both the Husky teams coached by the dearly departed Sark and Tyrone. I dare say that BSU football is at least as well known in Pac-12 country on the West Coast as Utah and Colorado are. When it comes to name recognition, heaven help us if UW had hired a new coach from some place like Fresno State, Alabama, or Kent State. I won't mention Petersen's connection with a prep football coach and sons in Prosser or the RS freshman OG from Bellevue he had starting at BSU this season. As some of us know, UW recruiters haven't bothered with out-of-the way places like Prosser or Cheney or Camus for years....... probably because they're off the beaten path for TBS's such as Brandon Huffman.
