BO did it. Alaska's leadership and its employees didn't build that company or allow it to grow its base of employment. BO and government did that.

Did Alaska build the airport? Did they build the roads people use to get to the airport? Do they provide the regulations so travel is safe? Did they provide the education for the pilots?
