“ A year after the event put the class of 2021 unknown on the map and launched him into the nation’s No. 1 inside linebacker spot, the 6-foot-1, 220-pound athlete returned with another stellar performance, earning national recognition from both 247Sports and Rivals.”

His performance was also noted by Rivals, which named him one of the camp’s top performers:
“It was at this combine a year ago that I first saw Brown in person," Josh Helmholdt wrote. "He earned a top performers nod that day, and he repeated with his performance Friday. Although linebackers are at a disadvantage in camp settings, Brown thrives because he is so adept in space and has the speed to run with backs. He got his hands on a lot of footballs and also came away with an interception Friday. Brown made an early commitment to Oregon in November.”
