unfortunately for Nicolas, they haven't got more than first idea renderings to show at this point so they'll need to get it budgeted, then approved, then designed, then planned and then executed...Nicolas can expect it to be complete when he's been graduated and left Boise for a job at Amazon.com in Seattle.
