Joe Brady, Passing Game Coordinator at LSU

Brady has made headlines all season for what he has done for the LSU offense and Tigers quarterback Joe Burrow.
2019 was the first season for Brady in this role as he spent the previous two seasons with the New Orleans Saints as an offensive assistant.
Prior to his stint in New Orleans, Brady served as a graduate assistant at Penn State in 2015-16 under Franklin.

LSU is said to be paying Brady at least $1.5 million per season and unafraid to compensate him handsomely. Texas, meanwhile, has expressed that money will never be the reason they lose someone.

I think you're giving the QB way too much credit here.
Burrow in '18:
219/379 (57.8%) 2,894 yards 16 TD, 5 Int 133.2 rating

Just for comparison, Eason this year was:
260/405 (64.2%) 3,132 yards 23 TD 8 Int 143.9 rating

Burrow in '19:
342/439 (77.9%) 4,715yards, 48 TD, 6 Int, 201.5 rating

In short, he wasn't anywhere close to Heisman quality until the Joe Brady hire.
Let's find someone so great Eason wants to come back to similarly improve his stats and draft stock. And no, I have no idea who that is.

LSU committed to a scheme change and Brady did bring it in, but the genius label is a bit of a stretch. A new scheme and talent blended at the right time. I predict he will have some struggles when he moves on.
