Sark's problem as an OC was that he had stupid lapses. He'd forget about an effective running game at the worst time. He'd try to roll the dice trick the defense by breaking tendency, and kill any offensive momentum. I also never forgot how he lost a good lead in that AC when all WSU started doing on defense was sending the house on run blitzes. The genius play caller couldn't find an answer.

He did have his moments and games as a play caller though and was light years better than what we've had since. The unlikely road win at USC in year two was his brightest day. He kept finding answers for a defense that was flat out abusing the UW OL and outscored a much better team on the road.

But no...no thanks. FTG for good.
