Yes but I've been watching games and the more hitting and situational work the better. And cleaning some things up. Play has been really sloppy. We have an opportunity to learn from that

I think that what they do in practice is meant to help them in games. I could be wrong though.
Race's point couldnt be more valid. Defenses have been mostly inept so far this season, even in the defensive strongholds down south. Live tackling and scrimmages are probably big keys to beating that trend.
UW is expected, or should be expected, to lean heavily on its defense. If they are actually in good form early it could make all the difference.
