The fact they even have to work on this is such a joke. We’re talking a 70,000 seat stadium. There’s plenty of room for a couple hundred pairs of dads to safely assemble.
FTFY
The roster can't be much more than 100 even with walk ons. Should just be 100ish pairs of dads = a couple hundred dads.
Asa Akira Turner is going to have a monster year. 1st or 2nd team all P12. He's making the leap IMO. Excited to see the secondary ball out, they should be dominant.
Agree, but Hampton is the one I'm really wondering about. I cant imagine him playing outside at that size, nor do I see him lining up over quick guys in the slot. I guesss either a box safety or hybrid LB role or more time on the bench. I hope it's one of the former though.
Dawgman listed a very useful "practice offense 2-deeps" which included every player listed as a possible starter with OR between them at every position except OL and WR (all except Otton were listed with OR at TE). OL lined up like this
WR was Jones, Spiker Bynum, Osborne Nacua, Chin I'm betting Rome takes Chin's spot and Jalen works in equally with Osborne. If those are included, you essentially have 7 out of 8 blue chip players at WR
Specifically called out Kirkland and Watty as the two leaders of the group and most important guys. Said Watty is going to be at C and that Jax will be at LT as that was what they were originally recruited for and are the two most important spots on the line to have two veteran leaders covering.
Mentioned Mele, Bain, Ale, and Curne next.
I think it’s going to be left to right, Jax, Ale, Watty, Bain, and Curne. Or Curne at RG and Bain at RT. Then Mele rotates wherever is needed since he is long and lean and recruited at tackle but also has C experience.
That said, Murao is a freak and could play his way in easily and bump someone.
