"I’m hearing that the players absolutely love the new scheme. I guess it’s attack mode all the time. They are really trying to stretch the field in the pass game. Night and day different than what we have grown accustomed to over the last couple years. Think Pro-Style in today’s games, means explosive. At least that’s the vibe I’m getting from what I’m hearing. My friend told me today that the first team wideouts were Ty (outside), Bynum (slot), Rome (outside). Second team Chin (outside), Osbourne (Slot), McMillan (outside). All 4 QB’s again spilt reps equally. I’m hoping I have some really juicy intel for you guys after Saturday’s practice game. I have a feeling that they are going to widdle competition down to two."
"I hearing that Austin is having a lights out camp. Pretty sure Molden mentioned him in an interview the other day that he was one of the receivers that is breaking out. Sounds like he is gonna be in the mix in a major way this year."
"It sounds like every player in the secondary will be playing on Sundays. At least that’s what my friends son told him. I guess Asa Turnes is an F’ing Monster. Watch out for that guy."
"Rome has been running with the 1’s all week. Not much to say about the D other than I’m hearing the same as everyone else, secondary is ridiculous! I’ll try to get another update by the end of the week."
He also says Puka and Spiker are definitely hurt and that there is no clear qb leader yet.
Also, the non-stop use of 'aggressive' and 'attack mode' is already fucking tiresome. Unfortunately the aggressive/attack mode ethos doesn't extend to Jimmy when it comes to staffing and recruiting.

Thank you, Roadie. Let's play the fucking games and make a determination then. Far too many insufferable miserable fucks on here. I suspect our offense sucks and we don’t have a QB, but because coaches aren’t hyping up the QB’s doesn’t necessarily mean anything.
Win the games. A PAC 12 title is the expectation. We have talent. It can’t be all horrible.
Predictions based on the uninformative shit we hear during camp is normal. Actually throwing up your hands in disgust and surrender based on it is HH level stupid and a point of pride. Its a guaranteed way to rack up some updates and chins. Its also therapeutic, or so I've gathered. This place is here to help.
Disagree
You're one of the best posters here, chuck.
Disagree. I just try to catch more than I drop.
Although you have been going down the rabbit hole a little bit more lately.
Nah I've been down the rabbit hole. I just know how to find my way back and forth and am a moody old fuck. -
The offense might suck ass, but it might not. That's why we play the games. I don't make sweeping claims based on practice videos. Jimmy hasn't coached a game yet. Until he does, I know nothing, and neither does anyone else.RoadDawg55 said:

You're one of the best posters here, chuck. Although you have been going down the rabbit hole a little bit more lately. I trust that you'll come back to the light.
Fans are fans. I don’t know why it bothers you so much. We are trained to expect the worst. It’s just interaction on a message board filled with various fans. We only get a little information and John Donovan and the QB’s aren’t very inspiring.
It shouldn't be a point of pride to expect the worst, be hyper-negative, and make baseless claims. That shit is reinforced here. I'm trained to back everything with facts, logic, and proof, so yeah, it bugs me sometimes. I realize it shouldn't but it is what it is.
There's a lot of good here, which is why I keep coming back. You're usually one of the good ones, Roadie. -
Imagine posting here for three years and then still whine about the whiny cuntiness of the board. This place was explicitly created as a space for the insufferable malcontents who couldn't tolerate the other end of the spectrum.
And in case you haven't noticed, husky football has been a raging AIDS dump for almost the entirety of the internet age. Maybe it's because we too have AIDS and it takes one to know one, but the malcontents tend to be dialed the fuck in.
So either PM @IrishDawg22 or fuck off already. -

Good to see Culp with some receptions in camp, he needs to redeem himself come game time after dropping that can-of-corn for a huge 1st down and more vs 0reg0n, or was it Utah, or was it abundance?

He looks good, trimmed down a bit.digits said:Good to see Culp with some receptions in camp, he needs to redeem himself come game time after dropping that can-of-corn for a huge 1st down and more vs 0reg0n, or was it Utah, or was it abundance?
But then again, I don't make sweeping claims based on practice videos. -
Great. You're learning. Culp probably still sucks balls and will drop crucial 4th downs because I've seen it.GrundleStiltzkin said:

If Sirmon is throwing to Culp, who is being defended by Esteen and McKinney, he's likely not running with the 1sGrundleStiltzkin said:Just how @CallMeBigErn has foreseen

Throwing to Culp between Esteen and McKinney?
Sirmon to 4th string confirmed. -
Once upon a time you were a rational poster. I feel you're slippin' a bit. It's not too late for redemption for you though. Conversely, the other clip tweeted is Thomson throwing to Ty Jones with Newton in the backfield1to392831weretaken said:Throwing to Culp between Esteen and McKinney?

Now if only there was a track record of evidence that would allow someone to make a logical guess as to what to expect from our new OC. Perhaps if he had been an OC at other locations in college football.CallMeBigErn said:

May as well not have an opinion at all.

If the QB’s are really splitting reps, they probably play with everyone. That said, Thompson and Morris starting is the rumor I read and I think it’s probably true.bananasnblondes said:

There really is nothing to suggest he’s even a decent OC. I fully expect us to suck on offense. The Doog in me is simply hoping for a decent offense and maybe a little luck in close games. We do have some really good players and the PAC 12 isn’t the most difficult conference.AtomicDawg said:

Agreed. If anyone is freaking out over one scrimmage that is dumb.RoadDawg55 said:

When you add to it all supporting evidence and history it’s not hard to see what’s coming.
That said the pac12 sucks.

Amen, brother. We shouldn't have a strong opinion until we see it ourselves. I'll be the first to admit that our offense is shit once I see that the offense is shit. Jimmy and Don haven't coached one fucking game yet. This isn't a difficult concept to grasp. Y'all have resigned yourself to how this season is gonna play out before it's even started based on practice videos and fuckall. Just think how retarded that sounds. I'm not trying to say this offense is going to be Oklahoma, but I'll take our overall talent and development up against anybody in the conference. We can win this motherfucker. If optimism and confidence makes me a pariah around here, so be it. Run the ball 60/40, get our stud receivers involved, play great defense, and this is conference is ours. Suck my enormous Husky balls.AtomicDawg said:

I remember hearing that Jimmy does a lot of his defense study by attending offensive seminars or whatever. So maybe that is why he got Donovan so he could low key be the OC.

The score of 59 to 52 isn't indicative of touchdowns and fieldgoals and whatnot. Aggregate scores from the post-scrimmage dance-off were compared to settle the ultimate winner.dnc said: -

Now he's overreacting to people complaining about 9-6. This should end well
