Rats are intentionally muddying the water by talking about the Ukrainian government and claiming they didn't interfere in our election when the allegations are that Ukrainian's interfered in our election, which they most definitely did.

"I am confident the Russians attempted to interfere in the election. I don't know about the Ukrainians, I haven't even looked into it, frankly," Barr told NBC News.
