It's not over. He could still throw some shit or the chopped dick at someone and seriously damage their vision or at least startle them severely. Dont underestimate him before he's all the way dead.

I remember him trying to act tough with me in FMBILL PICK EM a couple of years ago. Considering I'm old enough to be his daddy and I have to sort of act like an adult in it, I just let it go. This has been a sad spectacle though.
