It seems like just yesterday his father was playing at UW... But really what are we doing recruiting Texas if we're not gonna recruit a Byron Murphy?
And this guy actually is someone we probably should be recruiting. He's undersized so Texas & A&M probably won't recruit him, his best offers are TCU and Utah. He would be a good backup plan at DT.

Not a prototype, but 5.1 40 and 31.3 is impressive for a high school DT. Exactly the type of dude TCU makes bank with.

I'd question the need to take a mid-level recruit from 2,000 miles away, but you just don't pass up the chance to take a legacy dawg.
