ND fans generally weren't thrilled with him. A lot of the same arguments we see here. They have maintained all along that their shitshow offense was Kelly's. He allowed Long to add a couple of bullshit wrinkles. But it was Kelly's same old bullshit system. And same old bullshit Kelly's playbook. And same old bullshit Kelly's game plan and scripts and down and distance charts.
Long should damn well have taken that Alabama job when offered. He's at least better than Sarkisian. -
