Was down there a month ago. Until you see it up close and personal you can't appreciate how fucked up rats have made that city. It is the same exact situation in Portland and Seattle. I was astounded at how bad the city looks and how many bums are on the street. The young age of many was shocking. They clearly just want to do drugs and have zero responsibility.
