I have no problem with Gregory being fired but who cares? I don’t think he’s a horrible coach. This was the first year out ILB’s were a weakness. We already have a glut of young players to compete next year. I think the damage has already been done.
Bush and the offense are the real problems that need to be fixed. The D staff has been good enough that they can stick together for another year if that’s what Lake wants.
“ Right now, Oregon State is probably the leader, but that's also because he just visited there. I get the feeling if he visits Washington, they will easily jump to the top of his list. He has been talking a lot with Washington and told me he's planning to visit Seattle this spring for an official visit.”

From Biggins piece today:
“With Washington, the thing that stands out is how hard they’re recruiting me. They contact me all the time and they’re showing me a lot of interest. They have a great program and it's a great school overall so I want to go and check them out."
Biggins says that Easton told him UW is easily recruiting him the hardest, and he’d like to visit this summer.
Strange...seems like we have at least 4 targets in front of him on the ILB spots (Simeon, Calvert, Ho'ohuli, Reynolds and Cooks if they still are after him), and his size doesn't lend itself to being an OLB in our system. Maybe they think he's a safety in college?

maybe we're finally recruiting everyone way harder these days.

Jiminy Chrysler, people. LIPO. This is a guy that we'd be pissed about getting, and yet he also appears to be a guy we're pissed about not getting. Breathe.

That's what I'll tell myself to keep from getting depressed.
