The fact that we lost nine or ten starters and were still the 3rd best defense in the conference is astounding. On the flip side, we return nine starters on D next year - absent early NFL entrants. (Lose Potato and M.Bryant. Manu and Wellington don't count as starters).

I'm sad about the loss of Pete, but you know Lake and Kawasaki are chomping at the bit to field an offense that can capitalize off the defenses they've shown they can create. Next year's defense should easily be the best in the league.
