On November 15, Vanilla did a password reset to almost all accounts. Subsequently, many people have not been able to log in, usually because they can't remember the email they used when they registered.

Where do you start?

I suggest calling Ameriprise to see if their biggest client has been active in the last 3 weeks.

Are there any struggling companies that needed help and Pup has been immersed in saving them from themselves?
