If I am reading this correctly, in 2028 Florida plays ASU, Colorado and Florida State out of conference. I miss (the days when) Washington (played a P5 OOC schedule) Dammit.

Yes, I know. The 4th OOC game (SEC, SEC, SEC) could be a directional school, but still....................

Scheduling has ruined CFB to some extent. An 8 team playoff would help that. The good teams are too scared of losing a game early against a good opponent to schedule it. Everyone knows that strength of schedule is a joke and that you can’t lose more than one game and expect to have a shot at making the playoff.
