Before we complain that Petersen lost to Ty and Sark lets remember a few things..
-Carroll lost to Sark -Don James lost to Oregon St in 1985 -Saban lost to a small school his first season at Alabama -Harbaugh lost to Ty -Saban lost to Lambright
One game doesn't mean much in regards to coaches. Its about their track record over a full season and season to season.
I'm just in full disclosure mode. It's just ironic that out of 90 some wins, two were against Bellotti and Kelly, and of the 14 (or what ever) losses, two were against Sark and Willingham.
Moral of the story........if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. (I know I know.....Vegas Bowl)
Jake against Ohio State >>> Jake against BYU and BSU. Sark neutered Locker, took his greatest weapon and limited his competitiveness. Worse offensive/head coaching move ever. Jake needed to hit someone just to calm down. Sark turned him into a pussy. Jake, Polk, Kearse, Aguilar and Milton should have been unstoppable
I remember UW jumped out to the lead and spent the second half collecting BSU turnovers inside the red zone as the Broncs drove it on them all day. Weird game, but UW won

Agree, Jake's most productive year was his freshman year and his least productive year far as when he was healthy was his senior year.
Sark made an athlete whose best attribute was running into a pro style drop back QB even though his worst trait was accuracy.

UW and Sark spent the whole offseason hyping Locker for the Heisman....then that fucking disaster in the altitude against 25 year old's happened. Jake looked like he was playing with cement shoes

I wonder if Jake will ever have an injury-free season.

I really thought we had Vanilla Vick.
Player development something we've been preaching for years fucking matters!
