Making adjustments is a skill you want ur HC to have. Have not seen that much adjustment from no ballz

Honestly I think he has greater potential as a head coach than DC. I just think he has too much of a bias with the back end of a defense over the front. It's led to a bend don't break philosophy with the DB's that chaps my hide.
