The CIA is the actual power in charge behind the scenes. Get rid of it.

What’s hilarious is that if we allowed the employees of the CIA and FBI to elect our presidents it would be nothing but an endless stream of Republicans. These are two of the most conservative departments our government has. But somehow they are a huge problem now that Trump is in office. Odd.

You have no clue what in the hell you are talking about. The lifer's in the CIA and FBI are anything but Republican. You can't name one fed department that is majority Rep.

If you don't know what you are talking about, don't talk.
All of them? No. A majority? Oh hell yes. Now they may not be Trumpist Republicans because they tend to be very intelligent.
I think you're working off a template that's over 30 years old. While it was true 30 years ago, it's no longer the case. And upper management has been dominated by Rats and the clearest way to advance in both institutions has been to parrot the left's agenda.

Nope. Just like with cops, the personality type that leads someone to be conservative also leads them to be CIA/FBI. Unlike cops however they tend to be very smart. Both institutions are also incredibly incestuous. If mom or dad are in the FBI/CIA their kids stand a much greater chance following them (likely taking their political ideology with them).

We are seeing for the first time ever a major distrust of the FBI/CIA from the right and to a similar degree a blind trust from the left. That’s partisan politics for you.

You mean "conservatives" like Valerie Plame and Peter Strokz and Lisa Page?

Do you think Page and Strokz would have behaved in the manner they did if the dominate culture they were operating in was Conservative? Do you think they would have been as open with their contempt for half of the American public if the worked in an environment that didn't at least wink and agree with them?

And by open contempt he means private text messages between the two...hell they had open contempt for Dems as well in those text messages. Strokz was behind the October 16 Hillary letter that may have decided the election...

There are plenty of Rs and Ds in every agency and they vary a bit depending upon which party is in power because of appointments. But as someone who works with the feds frequently, what is most pronounced is the attitude carried by many fed employees that reveals their political underpinnings. I would sum it up this way: Right leaning, law and order types see their work as carrying out a mission. Left leaning, societal steering, moral relevance types see their work as a good public job with great benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Do with that information whatever you wish.

Wilson and Plame, good. Page and Stroke, bad.

Easiest fucking call of the day.
