I like my quarterbacks to not have a 5:11 TD/Int ratio.
He's a rookie. Secondly, two of the three pics today went threw receiver's hands and then were intercepted.
C'mon, this is Football 101 stuff.
Baker is a rookie? Chinteresting.
Since you threw out the football 101 comment. How is it the receivers fault of "going through his hands" if the QB throws it behind the receiver? A large percentage of the time a ball goes through the receivers hands, it's because they got their hands on a shitty throw.
Like Russell's last TD throw. The receiver was wide open but Russell threw it left of the receiver. Because there was a defender coming from the right. Looked like a bad throw but in reality it's exactly what needed to happen. If Russell throws it on target, the defender might be able to knock it away. That's the difference between a good QB and baker.
