Once Jay Gruden gets shitcanned this evening after losing to J's Patriots 77-4, please bring him in as an offensive consultant, like Tedford used to be.
Someone has to fix your hot garbage offense. Gruden has had many good offenses in his career, especially with average personnel. Freed from the constraints of the abysmal culture in DC he can actually coach offense, which cannot be said for the current coaches you employ.
It may be tough to convince him to bail on chasing cougars around the bars of Ashburn, but your offense and team sucks and needs someone with an offensive brain to fix shit. And you get paid way too much and have too many resources to put this level of product on the field.
