attacking the prosecution and legal system is an old defense lawyer trick. Defense lawyers use whatever they can to cast any shred of doubt on the "system" and contend it is corrupt. Schiff's predictions about Russia were 100% accurate, his Cliff's Notes version of Trump's calls came with a caveat that it was the "essence" so calls that he lied are idiotic (not surprising coming from Trumptards), and he didn't lie about talking to the whistleblower since he meant talking in the sense of the details of the report.
