Well, our smartest president evah, lied and said we couldn't drill our way to lower energy prices. He lied about our medical insurance and our energy policy which are two of the largest components of our economy. The fake indian says she will stop fracking on day one of her presidency. Think about that. That goes into check mark in my policy columns. For some reason, I don't have one that says free sh*t.
Imagine exporting huge amounts of LNG to Europe and the chicoms. Great jobs for Americans, tax dollars to the US treasure and reduced global CO2 emissions.

Plus, the U.S. Navy used to have to keep the straits of Hormuz open. Now it only has to be able to close them.
